Here’s Why [Blogs Style]

I love blogs. I mean, I bet few of you actually know how much I love reading blog posts. I learn so much from other people, and they inspire greatness in my life, or they make me think about some things I normally wouldn’t have thought about. Well, today I want to share with you all some of the blogs that I’ve found. Some might be their entire blog [because I think you should read everything they have to offer] or some might be certain posts [not that I don’t think you should read everything on their blog too…] Enjoy!

1) Ally Spotts: Wow this woman is amazing. She talks about everything including life, running, relationships & dating, faith, and so much more. I think you should check out everything on her blog, I believe you can benefit from it all, whether you’re a girl or a guy, it is good stuff. Here’s one of her post that I particularly enjoyed.

2) Modern Reject: Confession time: I’ve been reading her blog for nearly a year now, and quite frankly I’m obsessed. I’m pretty sure I’ve read every post she’s put out, and I go to her blog every week day [she doesn’t blog on the weekends] and read her new post. This lady is awesome. She blogs about the taboo stuff, the things no one wants to address. I love it, I enjoy the conflict it stirs, the feathers it ruffles, both my own and others. If you check out her blog, read the comments, Nicole is really good at replying, and people really add to the conversation in the comment section. This is just one of the many posts that I love from her-

3) Sammy Adebiyi: I actually just found this guy yesterday, so I haven’t seen too much of his stuff yet, but from what I’ve read so far…wow. This guy is a no-nonsense kind of guy. He doesn’t put up with junk, he tells it like it is, and he challenges you. One post I read made me really think about the way I respond to a simple question, one I’m asked multiple times a day. And his post was simple. I mean, 35 words kind of simple. Yea, he’s that cool. Check it out

4) An Ironic Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum by Matt Appling of The Church of No People. This post really made me think about how I’m living, and how my generation will be defined in 50 years. Very thought compelling.

So there’s a few of my favorites this past week. If you want more reading/blog suggestions, feel free to ask, I’d love to share. :)

What blogs have you stumbled across lately? Have any rocked your face off/made you think/made you want to punch a baby? [sorry…that’s kind of an awful image…]

  1. Woo hoo Hannah! Thanks for the shout out. You listed some of my favorite blogs too. I just discovered Sammy a few weeks ago myself. I dig his stuff.

Another blog I love is Grit and Glory. Do you know it? Alece, who writes it, is one of the most genuine, kind, and gracious people I have ever met. Her story is compelling and full of God’s redemption.
